Hi, i have just bought a 93 lancer gsr, it has 2 1/2 inch exhaust , heavy duty centre force and boost control so far, how much boost would be safe to run constantly and also what mods would you recommend first putting into the car? also i have a dyno report of 120kw at the wheels @ 6000 rpm, is that avg ?

Well the GSR works very well with a bigger intercooler, a VR4 or Evo cooler will do the trick well. With this you can up the boost accordingly. As far as the power figures go that is about right, but you have to remember no dyno is realy accurate, it is just a tuning guide.

 

i'll take a pic tommorow because it's night time but it's just a red cc gsr, 15's 4 inch tip on the exhaust. how much boost is possible with stock internals? not talking bout a quick squirt but max i can run constantly, thanks, btw running 10psi atm
