Hi ya guys,

Trying to sus out the interior lighting of these cars so I can work out the bits of stereo and such to stick in. I got one of the guys from the USA forum to post up a pic of his car with the lights on in the interior:



It looks like the only bits that are illuminated red are the central gauge cluster with the dials. All other bits like AC and mirror controls seem be in white - like the cheaper 1.5 ltr lancers.

mmmm, food for thought eh?

Still I think a red faced boost guage and stereo would look best in the car. I am sure there will also be ways to make all the bits glow red. If anyone does know a definate how to, please let me know. I love the red illumination thing.

All the ones i have been seeing have got the red illumination.. thats the dash itself.. The gauges colour shoudln't be hard to change, by either using a small condom over the globr, or getting a electronics person to change the surface mount led to another colour..

ok a compnay call narva have little condoms for globes which they red ones so try that

They do the little condoms and the slightly bigger ones for the interior lights.. pretty cheap too, like $3 for 7 last time i bought some..
