NSW EVO Owners what's your experience with police attention, is your car modified?
 

I'm worried that if I buy an EVO I won't enjoy it because the police won't leave me alone. Thoughts and experiences?

Hey, Im in the U.S & have been pulled over a few times, just because.

I think they were thinking I was some young dude & when they see that im an older guy, they let me roll

My car is modded (wheels, tires & other bits) so it does get attention from the police & just general public attn

Good thing its just my weekend ride{thumbup}

I'm actually from the US and just moved here within the past year. I had a lightly modified SRT4 there and never had many issues. The only time I got pulled over was for expired tags (oops). Police there seem more relaxed about car stuff in general. Here I've heard mixed responses. Thanks anyway though!

Hey i live in NSW (central West) and I thought this would be my issue as well! I have owned my for almost a year now and I think I've been pulled up twice and neither time was unwarranted. The car is modified although from the outside just looks like a pretty standard Evo X MR :)
