Eliminate wheel hop & tighten up your suspension

http://www.automotosports.com/Produc...ings%20002.jpg

Here is little product we've come out with to help eliminate driveline failures. Wheel hop is a major factor when it comes to breaking diffs, transfer cases, and transmissions. Tightening up your suspension will help, but the key is to keep the wheel from being able to move front to aft. The rear trailing arm locate the rear wheels and come stock with soft rubber bushing that mount the trailing arm to the body. Replacing the stock rubber bushing with our Hard Delrin bushing eliminates the movement. Even Polyurethane offers some flexibility and will not be as effective at reducing wheel hop as our bushings.

The kit comes with two bushings and precision ground stainless steel bushings. The tolerances on the S.S. bushings are also closer than stock, taking up any slack in the trailing arm.

This will also help the road racers by providing a solid feel to the rear suspension. Our car was equipped with these bushings when our car recently visited Talladega GP and Jon K busted out some record breaking times.

yeah....any install instructions would be excellent, I dont even know the area you are talking about where these go.

AMS Mar 3, 2005 08:51 AM

I'll get some pics and a little instruction sheet done this weekend. For now, look under your car and look at the rear suspension assembly. You'll notice a trailing arm going from the spindle forward to the body. The body end of it has the soft rubber bushing in it.
