Got my 2012 Lancer
I picked up a 2012 Lancer SE AWC and so far I am really enjoying it.
A little sad they didn't offer this car with M/T but I have liked this Lancer for a long time. I test drove the Impreza and this car and was much much happier with the Mitsu. Also I live in the pacific northwest and I go to the mountains a lot, so having the AWC was paramount to me.
I hear there won't be a turbo option for me...

Nice car! Looks all new shiny! I agree with you on the lack of Manual. It disapoints me a little.
And what do you mean by "no turbo option for you?" I would figure that since the same engine is used in the SE as either the DE/ES or the GTS (forget which), that a turbo would be just as possible on the SE as the previous lancers. ( I could be naive and mistaken, though)

I have read on a few different forums that nothing is going to be in production from aftermarket retailers for a while. Not sure about the reasoning behind it, just a rumor.

I will get some pics up as soon as I can.
I don't have specific tarmac / snow settings, but I can turn off traction control, which is fun. Also the AWC has a switch in the center console to turn from 2WD / 4WD / 4x4 High.
I'm about 12 miles in right now, past the first oil change and tire rotation, and I still love this thing. I do really wish it were a bit faster, so I'll probably start saving for the 100,000 mile mark so I can make it a bit more fun.
