What's up everyone, I am new to the forum. I am going to be a first time Lancer Owner...I am pretty excited. I ordered a Black 2013 Lancer GT (10th anni edition) with the Carbon Fiber Hood. Only thing i was disapointed in was it did not come in Manuel Transmission with the AWD. I guess I can live with that lol. I will hopefully post some pics once I get it.

I bought a 2012 se awc...I was kinda hesitant and not convinced about the cvt with paddle shifters but after a test drive it's not bad at all. It's a lot more fun and more responsive than I thought it was gonna be...sure it's no stick shift but I have to say it's not bad at all !

Does your 2013 gt come with the 2.4L or 2.0L ?

Thanks Rix, I got the 2.0L engine. I hope I like the CVT, I am reading mixed reviews. It's sometimes hard to tell on the test drive if its likeable lol. What colour did you get? Also how is the AWD? I am curious to see how much of a difference it will make in the winter or off roads.

Well the automatic cvt is absolutely awful in terms of fun driving, but really good for fuel economy. But like I said when you're using the manual mode with paddle shifters it is very responsive and quick, it takes a lil getting used to like anything new but so far so I'm liking it !

I'll let you know how the awc is when we get some snow on the ground, I'm just driving it in 2wd mode now

i might be lost here, but the 10th anniversary edition comes with a carbon fiber hood from the factory? the reason i ask is i actually work for mitsu and this is the first im hearing of it, i know the US and canada is a different market, but im curious
