2012 Lancer SE Chrome Grille Revmoval?

I have searched everywhere and can not find a good thread. Every one is doing plasti dip on the black out conversion and i'm not sold. it scares me spraying anything on my car. I have chrome trim on both my upper and lower grille. but have seen some lancers with just chrome trim on the upper grille..? is the bottom chrome trim removable? what is the best way to black out the front end? :mitsu:

so i answered my own question since no one answered. the lower chrome ring does come off. its a pain in the ass. i just ripped that fkr off. there is pins behind the bumper that are impossible to get off with out removing the whole bumper. so just do what i did. pull on the ring really hard and it will eventually come off. and didnt scratch the bumper thank god

Hi,

I just plastidipped mine and added the scorpion motorsport center lip. the fit was 99% perfect, and it looks great!

I don't know how to attach the picture though.

Possibility

Hi, I have an SE as well but mine came with the black trim. If you only plasti dipped it, it would be reversible, so I was wondering if you would be willing to trade your chrome pieces for my black ones, which would include the window trim as well if they were chrome as well. I actually prefer the chrome to the black (oddly) so if you're willing to trade please let me know on here in a PM or text me at 2032187328, thanks!{thumbup}
