G.T.A. Southern Ontario Meet THE AFTERMATH
Well there wasn't a great turnout last night for the meet only DR Crash, Oz-lancer and myself.....where was everyone who wasn't away or working.
So ya, we were all leaving and out of no where 7 cops block all the exits and told us to leave because "the tim hortons owner doesn't want out business and we make a mess and street race" im not sure about the other people, but I tried to avoid the situation altogether and i went into the tim hortons and sat there with a coffee for 30 mins. Cop comes in, pulls me from my seat and tells me to get the **** out.
Before I'm even on the road a cop tells me to go to the home depot lot for inspection. 2 hours, 0 tickets later im finally allowed to go.
This is bull****.....we show up to meet each other and immediatly we are grouped in with the street racers, denied our rights and told to leave.
I think we should boycott this tim hortons and let the owner know he can go **** himself if he wants us to spend my there and get harassed.

that's so wierd. i have been there many times with my friends and the cops don't even show up never mind harass people. i'm glad i left when i did then and avoided all that ****. sorry to all that got caught up in it as i never would have thought that the cops would have come and done that to everyone. looks like we may need to find a new place to meet

got home at 130am, my dad flipped out on me, called the peel and halton police and the opp and complained.
they called me a street racer and said i had no business hanging out in a tim hortons parking lot no matter if im buying food or not. then they denied they held me for 2 hrs and without a phone call.

Sorry to hear about your probs with th popo!!!!
It is always hard to find a place for meets without them bothering ya....
I think they need to be more educated with imports, and import car clubs!!!!

Holy crap, I leave for a week and damn do I miss a lot! That truly sucks spool...
Well, maybe another meeting place is in order? I don't know what the solution is to this, since cops everywhere will bust anyone who looks like they've modded their cars...
