Hit & Run AGAIN!!!

Some lady smashed into my car the other day, and took off! There were two witnesses nice enough to get her plate and model of her car, and provided me with their info. While the police were there the lady came back in a different vehicle, and confessed and said that she had went home to get her papers! Well she wanted to avoid going through insurance, but after the cheapest quote being 2500 decided to go the insurance route. It doesn't look that bad, but the cost of new parts is pretty high. So my car will be getting a new fender, rim, and headlight, I just hope they don't stick me with a civic as a rental car.

The body shop said it'll take a week to repair, so hopefully I get it back right before the meet. Being that there is no unseen damage to the frame, or any other parts.

If the car could run, I would have chased that bish down with the police on the cell phone. 9/10 times she would not have returned

all jokes aside, I have been using the civic for about 2 or 3 weeks now, as my car gets repaired, its brand new 09. you wouldnt beleive the squeeking sound its making on the front right side. no idea what it is.

On the positive side of things, the gas milage is a god sent. during this time.
Avoid the CIVIC get the HONDA fit. I know a rental place that has a fleet of them. its wicked on gas lol and oddly fun to drive

You just want to laugh as I pull up to the next meet in a honda fit with my knees controlling the steering wheel! But the cars is in the shop now, and they gave me a Grand Prix as a rental. Mad power V6 = Gas Guzzler. Oh well just won't drive as much.
