I am currently evaluating a kit for the club that already has a fix for the flickering problem. since my evaluation is not complete as yet. you should talk to homieg who has good leads to kits of different colors. and samples can be seen on many of our members cars.

japanese its have been know to be the better option due to better quality control methods in the past. but kits from certified manufactures in taiwan and some in china have done a good job catching up. you may want to stick within a pack on this one if you are new to hid's .

eventually we will have a kit system customized for our lancer's and evolutions both for after market and at the dealership in our up coming brokered purchasing agreement with some t l c friendly dealers. you will have access to mitsubishi dealer approved upgrades at the time me purchasing.

message homieg or my self if you have questions about hid's . cheers

You typically don't get HID for HIGH beams (unless ur gonna get bi-xenon). Just get it for the Low beams.. don't bother getting it for fogs since there reports the fogs housing melting. For fogs, get the Nokya yellow?

I wouldn't install them in the fogs either. Fog lights are meant for poor weather conditions. Selective yellow halogens for the fog lights are best bet especially if you run them all the time, easier on other drivers eyes.

One comment further, If you didnt buy your bulbs from a authorized Nokya dealer, these fake bulbs sometimes are a higher wattage and are melting the housing from the rear. I just had to break the bulb of one guy's H11 and then use pliers to get them out. HIDs might not be wise either. For the witner time you might be ok, but summer time heat for sure something is going to melt.

make sure you get authorize dealer bulbs regardless of what ever yellow bulbs you get Nokya or Other

Are there any local authorized place here in the GTA that sell the Nokya yellow bulb for a good price?
Prices on ebay ranges from $30-50'ish
