Haha.. sorry to break this to you, but the rooms are emptied out in the summer of aforementioned coeds, which is why they're up for rent cheap.

Let me look into who you have to contact. Last year, we rented 3 rooms for the whole team, there are 2 bedrooms that sleep 4, 2 bathrooms, and a huge living room that can accomodate 8-10 people in their sleeping bags. Not a bad deal at all.

I'll keep you posted.

.
crap.
Ok. Please find out. I think if we can all stay together in one group, that'll make organizing anything much easier.

I'll just have to be cheap then, not a perv.

To arrange McGill residences, e-mail: monique.mercier@mcgill.ca

Other cheap lodging:
L'apartment
Sandman Hotels

That's all I could get, maybe the Montreal guys know some cheap places too.

Well, as always, the same questions come again: what do we want to do, and how many cars are we going to be? I know a couple places on the west island (basically, the english western part of the island, so you guys won't be too lost, and won't have to go through the whole city to find us).

We were aiming around noon for the 24th, is that cool with everyone so far? We'll probably get food first thing, as the ppl from TO will probably be very hungry at that point... After that, we have lots of time!

blaze and I have a couple good ideas we need to crosscheck before doing any kind of announcement.. (actually, Blaze did the search so far, yet he is in Ottawa.. shame on me)

Is the date July 24th official? I gotta know so I can make some publicity.

For the lodging, the only Sandman hotel in the Montreal area is 5 min. from where I live so I could meet you guys and guide you through the city. However, McGill residences (my university) are very cheap and not too bad for one night or two.

Oh and by the way, I'm down to organize a BBQ.

July 24 is OFFICIAL. The only missing part is where we'll meet. Flukester and I are working on that as we speak (or write)
