Who drives a lancer that hang around in the Markham/Richmond Hill area?

I just got back from First Markham Place and I'm mighty POed....some stupid kids decided to play with tapioca on my car....for some reason I think they were kids that had no car/life and can only hang around the arcade there to be "cool" which they are not because they still "play" around by spitting and shoot tapioca at people that have something they don't....and that would be a car.
