Stage 2 AEM 93 Results

So when I first flashed my car with the Stage 2 AEM 93 map I removed the boost pill per Cobb's instructions and did a run. I instantly knew I was overboosting because as soon as I hit 5k rpm or so I experienced a lot of hesitation/fuel cut and heard a pop followed by a CEL and feared the worst. Turns out the pop I heard was my FPR hose popping off the intake manifold. After looking at the logs I noticed that I was overboosting to about 27-28 psi and holding at about 25-26 psi, which is much higher that the advertised 25 psi spike 18 psi taper. So I put the pill back in and secured the FPR hose with two metal clamps and did another run today. Boost levels look better but I'm still not sure if its too much or what I need to look for. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. My only mods are AEM intake and TurboXS turbo back exhaust with HFC.

Looks like I'm throwing a P0133 code now which probably means either the front o2 sensor is dying or I'm running too rich/lean. I've also noticed a lot of backfires from the exhaust between shifts. Anyone have any ideas? Should I switch back to stock tune to see if its a sensor issue? Maybe run the 91 octane tune?

31 is definitely way too high if you are on the stock turbo, you might want to flash to the LWG map.

I have the turbo xs with hfc and a ETS intake and i had to stay with the v200 maps for now. I keep dropping to a 10 flat for my AFR(wayyyy to low) with the v201 maps.

I didn't think there was a v200+ map out yet for the ETS intake, I wonder if there's one for the AEM intake yet.

there isn't a map for the ETS yet, i attempted to use like intake maps, which didn't work. I am using the stock box v200 intake map for now.

I have an AMS DP, TurboXS high flow cat, TurboXS catback and AEM intake and am overboosting like crazy (and I am running the COBB AP 93stg2 LWG map) . I hit over 31 ft/lbs today when I was attempting a WOT run. I am babying it until I can see my tuner but I am wondering if there is anything anyone is thinking of that can help me with this.

Did you remove the boost restrictor pill as per Cobb's instructions? I had to put mine back in, even though I'm still overboosting it did lower my peak boost a bit.

Tweak ur ots map on the ATR. But if ur not confident in doing so, get a pro-tune, dyno tune, road tune or e-tune. It's in ur best interest to not go over 28psi on pump gas even if it is 93. That's just spells trouble and kaboom in my book.
