If you have a Evo X 2010 and before its not a issue, but 2011-2013 i would just get a protune.

They just don't have the maps out for the 2011-2013 yet. There are slight differences in the tunes needed. there are a couple of threads about the major difference, but overall its the minor ones on each car the require different tunes.

What intake and EBCS, depending on intake it might not be a good idea to run it until you can pro tune.

OTS maps are grab. Your taking a tune that is suppose to work on a thousand different vehicles with similiar mods and expect it to work well on your personal car. Obviously Cobb didnt like/trust the beta maps so they pulled them. Plus Cobb isnt putting much interest in the Evo X ATM, so sell the AP, buy a Tactrix 2.0 cable and unleash the power in your car.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that the off-the-shelf maps are coming back online, you you'll notice at this point that the forum responses are still missing on that thread. I believe this truly was a forum issue they had. Personally, I would have posted the maps on their website (http://www.cobbtuning.com). It is easier to FTP or SSH into a server and upload maps than to try to rely on a forum to "host them". The map files are linked to http://www.accessecu.com". Maybe that is a symbolic link to the main URL... I don't know.

I don't see the MR versions yet, but I suspect they are trying to bring that back, too, along with the forum comments. I don't feel they would just "pull the maps" without telling us. When someone from their marketing dept comes online to indicate it was a forum problem, then it probably is...
