12.09 just seems incredible! What boost were you running? Having run a few times with the stock turbo and cams, 12.09 is impossible for me to get to.

Either you're capable of a much better time, or something is wrong with that mph. It seems extremely high, but it could be a nice result of race gas and crazy boost level (25psi on 16g??).

For reference, there's a guy on here with similar mods who ran 12.1@115 only after he added a 40-shot of nitrous.

uh no

if you look at dsmtimes.org you'll see that 117 is about right for the time i ran.

with a few exceptions.

110 is a very low trap for a 12.1 time no one on dsmtimes.org has a 110 trap and that low ET.

I also ran a 12.1@113 on the same car. The 110mph example was just to show the opposite extreme. 117mph has _never_ been a standard for 12.0 or 12.1 (you are basically 12.1). Buschur's Evos ran 11.65@117.8 and 11.7@116. You are way off on your ET with that MPH...or the MPH is wrong somehow.

Out of 27 times between 12.0-12.1, only 7 have an equal or higher MPH than you. Of those 7, 6 have lower 60' times than you. The one ridiculous anomaly claimed a 12.1@124 with a 1.69 60', but that's obviously not normal.

There are also 37 people with equal or SLOWER MPH with ETs between 11.6-11.99

Well that day of my good runs a majority of my runs were 113-114 mph but i had two right at 117

also buschur cars make much more torque than i do, that might have something to do with it.

i only make 260 ft lbs at peak and 300 whp at 7000 rpm.

Sounds about right.. I've run similar times with a stock turbo and no cams..

117 mathematically computes to over 400whp, but then you look at your ET.. A mathematically perfect run for 117mph should be 11.70 or so.. so if your car is making the power to trap 117, then you can possibly pick up a bit on your ET.. Sounds more like the 114 or so trap speed would be more "normal" and 117 was an anomoly..

FWIW if you can somehow sustain 21psi through redline (and your tuned for it), you should be able to break a few 10ths into the 11's pretty nicely...
