Like the title says I went 12.02. Mods are safc, 110 octane, buschar turbo back, hks 264 cams and thats it. Stock clutch, tires, intake, boost and all. Soon to have my clutch and ra1s installed. My 60ft was believe it or not, 1.65!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
STOCK CLUTCH not slipping at all. Im very impressed with this car. Hauls *****. And to top it off the temp never dropped below 85degrees that night.

No, stock boost is 20.3psi, and it is even higher with a TBE installed. He's running ad much as, if not more, boost than 03/04s with an MBC. We don't get major gains with MBCs on 05s, since the boost is already pretty high. The place he would see some big gains is when he runs with 110oct, like in this thread. He would be able to crank it up to 24-25 on the race gas along with leaned out S-AFC settings then bust out 114-115mph probably.

Hey WhiteEvo, were you not disappointed in the 1mph gain after cams? What happened with the clutch? I thought you had an ACT you were putting in over a month ago. Let me know...

Great driving again, of course...the 1.65 60' is amazing, especially when both of us were stuck at 1.71-1.72 before. You think maybe the 264s gave you the right amount of power to rip out of the hole? Why don't you get a damn MBC for less than $100, huh? You lazy bastard...

 

Like me, he tunes it himself, and does so quite aggressively at the track on race gas. The only thing he's missing is cranking up the boost on the race gas...
