My new 1/4 mile time on 2005 Evo 8...pretty impressive i think

i know what you are saying, but i ran what i ran, maybe the dyno is off cause if i was on a mustang dyno the hp n tq would be way lower than that, but dynos readings are only for numbers, and you can realy only compare my numbers to some1 that has ran on the same exact dyno as me on the same day because if location and air temp. if i ran on a diff. dyno my # would be different. but thats wat i am runnin in my 1/4 miles, and i am real happy with it, i dont care about how much hp i have because there are supras that have 1000 HP and still run 12s in the 1/4 miles, so its not about how much HP you have, its realy about the 1/4 mile times. but friend has an automatic subaru fully built automatic, and has like 260 TQ or something, car runs low 11s on 93 octane. but the car is fully built, but his numbers are low, so numbers arent everything.

i was racing down at e-town on Firday night also...i was the black evo with black rims w/chrome lip and tints. I didnt get to see to many evos run but i was kind of in the group of like 5 of them on the way home. I raced the guy in the red one with the GT35R, cams etc. and the stickers all over it, he ran a 13.5 @ 117 lol. My best of the night was a 12.414 @ 110.8 and a 1.685 60ft. Im gonna race again this Sat for the Evo/WRX day. I think i had my race gas mixture off a little, im gonna run 22psi and 93 octane saturday. I also have to adjust my clutch a little also, im hopeing to hit like a 12.1 once i get everything adjusted and get a good race gas mixture.

No, DynoDynamics dynos read the lowest. A mustang dyno would not be lower. At best, a Mustang Dyno like Buschur's would read JUST AS LOW as yours. Regardless, no matter if it's a Dynojet or Dynapack or Superflow or whatever, there is absolutely no way you got 35 more wtq than whp without running mega boost, which would also require race gas or alky. Yes, dyno numbers don't really mean anything while track numbers mean everything, but the point I'm making is that it's far more likely that you have some higher octane or mix of octanes and are actually running more than 21psi peak when doing the things you do. That is just my belief based on experience.

Nice driving indeed. I need you to run my car down the track just so I can say the car hit 11.5 before the season ends! I don't think I'm going to make it but I'll keep trying. High 11's tonight for me but not an 11.5
