First time at the track in my stock IX

I had alot of fun but i also wana add that this was my first time run any car down any track so i was new to say the least.

My best run of the night was a 13.2 at 103 with a 2.0 60' I had several 13.3's and a 13.4 My best 60' was a 1.95 so thats what im gona work on next friday.

Im afraid my stock clutch might go soon though because its got about 20 launches on it with me "learning" how to launch AWD. Im trying to slip it as little as possible w/o bogging useing the stock 2-step but still smells like clutch sometimes

Thanks, Doug

awful launches. good times though, suprizingly. get those 60's down and you can probably throw down a 12.9

Post the run breakdown, so that way we get a better picture of what your run was like, nice time for a stock IX. Last week I was able to do 13.16 @105 on mine just with a drop in filter with 1.95 on the 60'. My feeling is that your car is very strong and with more experience at the track you could get a 12.9.

remove the res. pill from the slave cylinder and put a ss clutch line on and then start getting some good 60ft times.
