serious question.

has anyone tried a bead lock on an evo before?

I love the line that says "withstand 8000 horse power without tire rotational tire movement. HOW COOL IS THAT

Seriously is there a chance the wheel is spinning in the tire? I have ofter thought on an AWD car there was not enough heat getting in the tire after burn out, so if you had a sticky slick, does it spin in the rim?

Some of the 15" Magnum Drag 2.0s would probably work.

I am working with a great company right now on coming out with the perfect wheel for the evo for drag racing. Depending on the width of the wheel we are looking at 9.2 - 9.6 lbs a rim.

Didn't one of the big drag built cars from over-seas in the UK have some welds on it all around? The red evo w/ air-jacks......

How light of wheel would you like and for the strip only i take it.

I contacted Bogart a while back about having some made but didn't have the funds then.

Also i believe the boys at English Racing are using some Convo Pros i think on Lucas' black evo but i understand if you want something even more light weight/blingy

Can't wait to se what the new look is!

I would like to say more about the wheels but I need to make sure it is going to happen first and then go from there. They are heavily used in FWD drag cars and working amazing. Once I have the information I will have pics on the wheels and see who is interested in purchasing. Pricing doesnt look to bad either which is a good thing.
