Unfortunately I don't have any data using the .63 housing. Only the .82 housing. I would assume the .63 housing would spool maybe 200-300rpm sooner. Topend I dunno, I guess it would all depend on how much boost you run. The more boost the more back pressure.
I can say with this manifold, turbo and tial housing that I am currently running flows very well. My tial 44mm gate has the standard 14lb spring in it. I ran just off the wastegate spring when I 1st put it in with no MBC, just a straight line to the gate and it made 18-19lbs of boost off the 14lb spring. So it flows pretty well.
