FPRed Evo X first time out.
It was my first time drag racing last week and I realized I need to learn how to launch my Evo X .
Best ET was 12.536 @ 113.83mph with a 2.094 60ft. Also having to shift to 5th through the traps.
Earlier in the night, I cut a 1.789 60ft, but I missed 3rd gear on that run, and the cold weather killed traction on the stock tires after that.
Car set up:
Full weight Evo X
Stock suspension, wheels & tires @ 36psi
3/4 tank 93oct.
FPRed turbo
UR FMIC, pipes & O2 DP
Bushur quiet exhaust
AMS Tune & MBC @ 23PSI
ACT HDSS, stock flywheel
The car felt strong once I got off the line & I'm hoping to go high 11s with this setup before adding cams & E85.

So how is the car tuned? Max Boost? Still a stock intercooler?
Honestly I would have expected traps in the 116-120 range even if the short times were in the gutter.

Yeah, I was wondering if there was a way to calculate what my ET would have been for the 1.789 60'. I've read that each 0.1 improvement in the 60' is good for 0.2 at the end of the 1/4. Is that true for our cars? If so, that means I could have shaved 0.6 off? (2.094-1.789)*2
