8.98@167 "Junk Box" Evo!!!
Hey Everyone,
Well I finally did it!! Im sure as some of you know, my Goal for last part of the season and this season is to make an 8 second pass. Ive been very close especially towards the end of 2011. It felt so good to make a 8 second pass so early in the season. I was so happy i almost had tears. All the long nights, a lot of money spent, the hard work me and Boostin Peformance did payed off and i couldnt have been more thankful and happier to them, family, friends for all the support. I made a few changes to the car over the off season. Car made 851WHP on the Mustang dyno about a month ago. Car is a beast and there is still more left in it.
Before i go any futher, I need to send out many thanks. First off, is Boostin Peformance. Devin built and tuned my car and has for 6 years going back since 2007. My car wouldnt have done what it did with out him. He always goes that extra mile for his customers and all the late nights at the shop and i thank him very much. Im glad to be apart of the 8 second boostin performance crew
Thanks goes out to Toxic-fab, Quarter-Master clutches and to all my friends for there help and support
I picked a perfect day to go last night. It was 86 degrees during the day. It was a little warm at the beginning but since the track had an event and was busy, I didnt make my first pass till 9:00PM. I made a total of 4 passes last night.
1st pass- 9.2@162
2nd pass- 9.2@165
3rd pass- 9.4@167 (foot slipped off the clutch pedal lol)
4th pass- 8.98@167
I was in shock and was so happy. There is more room to go in the car but i am taking a couple weeks off and going to get back out there real soon. Stay tuned for more. Below is the time slip and video of the run along with a couple quick pics of the car!
Different angle videos coming soon!

Thanks Everyone for the compliments! Devin and I put her on the scales a couple weeks ago and it was 2675 without me in it. I weigh 185. Did the carbon trunk and a few little things to save weight so im guessing its down to maybe 2650? Im going to put it on the scales again here real soon to get the right number.
