Love to see how pumped up he is trying to contain himself on the return to the pits

He knew it was fast but he wasnt able to look at the clock on the way thru...too much focus on stopping when he doesnt pull the chute.

Is there a reason he didn't pull the chute?

Currently active, yes - but Shep's Talon was WAY ahead of it's time and I'm still not sure his 7.7 @ 191mph is going to drop any time soon, either trap or ET.

Congrats Jeff Bush! To the above poster I think Shep's highest MPH was 195. For times set in 2006...it's still pretty unfathomable. I see big things from ETS and Devin this year though.

John ran a 7.97@179 on the IRS, then switched to a 4 linked 9" and ran a 7.81@185 and a 7.70@191. When the car came back out in 2011 it ran an 8.04@195 at 70psi and some squeze. I have heard that its been revamped and hopefully the chassis is sorted now. We were at 56 creeping 59psi in this pass for reference.

Do you guys run anything special besides what's available to the public for head studs, like increased diameter or something? Just curious

Will this car be at the shootout?

Hopefully I can get to see it run in person.
