Drag Racing Advice/Questions

So I mainly autocross but I do a bit of drag racing once every blue moon. When I took my car out last year to race I was running around 12.5-12.8 @107-110mphish. This year when I went I was running the same trap speeds, but way worse ETs. I was running times like 13.2-13.5. My 60ft was still good, ranging from 1.69s-1.74s.

My tune was a little messed up when I had gone out most recently. I had switched maps and accel enricher/lean spool had reenabled and I was running pig rich after first. Like below 10.0:1. Could this have caused slower ETs or would have this seriously dragged down my MPH as well? I was just a little sour to go out and run worse times when I'm running a larger turbo, but still have the same trap speeds. Very frustrating. Any tips or explanation as to why my times were so awful would be appreciated. It was around 85 degrees Fahrenheit/27 Celsius during the event.

At what RPM where you shifting? If the tune is not optimal it will definitely effect performance.

What turbo are you running?

I was shifting at about 7k. On a IX turbo.
