I have a set of 555r radials but never got to use them this season since I was too busy. I did loan to out to a friend and he was getting 1.56-1.59 60's. That wasn't on an evo though and he had an open diff in the front and and LSD in the rear. He was spinning in the front really badly (confirmed with slo-mo vids) so I'd say on an evo with good LSDs on both axles that a low 1.5 or high 1.4 is possible on these tires. That car was only making around 340-350awhp at best and weighs around 3300lbs with driver.

My tire size is a 245/55/16.
