How do i get my evo to trap 145 150

How do i get my evo to trap 145 150

Currently have an ets 6262 kit
dual pumpers
id2000
stock ecu
s2 cams
2.3 stroker kit

Jdm rs weigh arouns 2950 lbs

26" tall motorcycle slicks

should I change to a 6266 gen 2 or 6466

head is on oem apring dont want to rev over 8000 rpm eitherway on 2.3

What does your car currently ET and trap now? What do you tach now through the lights?

last time i tracked it was with an og green went 11.2 at 123 mph on e30 ethanol

The 26” tires should help and you can lower your gearing , maybe 4.11.

that will work, but don’t know with that gearing and 26” tire if you get the traps you mentioned, I’m sure some one will chime in. I also have a 2.3 and don’t want to exceed 8,000 rpm.

To achieve 145mph with 26 " tires and 4.30 gears in 4th (1:1) you are @ 8057 rpm. If you don't want to over rev then your shifting to 5th.

The 6466 will definitely get you to 150mph. My best trap with a 6262 was 146mph @ 42psi with a 2950lb race weight.

It made 630 on a mustang dyno. Torque was just under 500.
