PURE Tuning EVO in the 10's
 

Finally got some bugs worked out. Best run of the night went like this

60ft - 1.73
330 - 4.68
1/8 - 7.057
1/8mph - 103.24
1000' - 9.097
1/4ET - 10.800
1/4 MPH 132.38

Backed it up with a 10.846 @ 133.09 with a blown heater core line :(
Still need to work on those 60 ft times though.

2.0L Wiseco, Eagle bottom end
PURE Competition head
tomei Pro cams (260deg 11.5 lift)
GT35R
Full race exhaust manifold
Magnus intake manifold
Prototype PURE FMIC
Stock Tranny
Stock diffs (03 front open diff)
255/40/17 Advan A032R (autoX tires)
Car still has A/C, full interior, crash supports, etc. Only weight reduction is spare tire. Plus roll cage!

runs done at 30psi 110 octane cam2

awesome... I think you can definitely take more than 1/2 second off that 60'... there are a lot of guys running 1.6x all day long here = low 10s for sure! Good luck and nice mph!

Sickness! There are too many EVOs now getting into the 10s I can't keep track of em'

^^ No kidding. I think I count close to 15 (USA evo 8's) in the tens. 3 in the 9's.

All Runs with no Nitrous. My NX direct port kit has been temporarily removed. May go back on this winter or next season. I will look for some more pictures today and post them up.

Congrats!!!!! Nice time, btw what clutch are you using.

Using the exedy twin cerametallic for now. only has about 20 launches on it but so far so good. Will probably go carbon this winter maybe triple as well.
