Congrats to MRScott from www.evolutionmr.net, after multiple passes of 12 flats he finally did it, he is running 11's, first registered US Evo8 MR
in the 11's.
His car never quit impressing me, he is already trapping nearly 116MPH stock turbo and pump gas with the aid of alcohol injection.

He is still running stock clutch and has well over 120 passes on the 1/4 mile. That is a great benchmark considering he always averaged 1.7-1.8 60'.

Could be because of the 6 speed gear ratio, Evo mr can run low 10's if you got 600whp.

Hahahaha... you are funny man!! where is your sense of humor?, Of course the MR can run in the 12's, the 11's the 10's and whatever as long as you spend money on them.

It is just a way of saying thing. I just started the topic being sarcastic.

Sorry about the misinterpretation.. Basicly is a way to get the attention of someone surfing this forum.
Remember, there are only 1000 MR's on the street and no every MR post their times or go to the track so when you see a MR in the 11's is something that you don't see too often because there not too many MR.

Technically and mechanically yeah, why the MR shouldn't be able to run the 11's, but again, the thread is self explanatory, it is sarcastic

there has been a gg mr running 11's at new england dragway for some time now, he pulled 11.7 on stock turbo at the beginning of the race season. he also pulled a low 11 not exatly sure of the time with the ams gt35 turbo kit

if i could get in contact with him then i would, the mr was done by f1 dyno in maine. check out thier website, the kid who owned the car used to work there and alot of people in new england have seen him run. however, i heard his car was recently parted (not sure 100%) but he did have multiple 11.7 passes in front of alot of people on the stock turbo. his car is on the website still if you dont believe me.

I just went to their website and they have 7 pics of the GG MR.
According to the website the car is putting this much:
414whp and 400lb/tq

I will personally contact that shop and ask them how fast their MR is running and what mods they have.

I have been reading www.evolutionmr.net for almost a year, basicly every single MR in the country is known and I haven't heard of that MR running in the 11's.

Obviously I have no doubt that the car could run 11's I am just saying that no one mentioned it before at all.

Pump gas + 21 psi @ 5750rpms = 418whp? = OK

No way in hell that puts out 418whp with those mods. HOWEVER, it does look like the middle of winter and is probably 25-30* in there. It is snowing!

It was 115*F on my dyno of 402whp/404tq.
