Another new Stock Motor Record! Cessna's STM Built RS
 

STM went to the track with this car on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Knowing full well we would probably only get one pass in with no cage, we bolted on the Volks / M&H slicks and hoped for the best!

Chris' previous best was a 9.99 @ 140 on an FP Red, and we recently switched over to the STM Forward-Facing 6262 Turbo Kit. With only one pass, we saw an INSANE trap speed!

Props to the STM Ricer Evo for setting the highest, stock-block MPH in 2008 with a 142... but make way for the new #1 spot!

I think we are going to have to put a cage in this one soon. Our local track won't let us keep doing it... especially now that it's almost time for a parachute!! :lol:

Shawna ment quickest mph wise not et...they have Ramse's car beat by 5 mph...once Emery gets the 60 ft down it should be interesting...Looking forward to the video...nice job STM...

Not being a dick just was saying I found that just today... so pardon my confusion.. I noticed the MPH difference, but the ET is the ET.. either way both cars are crazy quick on the stock block so props go to both shops/cars/drivers regardless..

We know all about that car and man is it fast! AWD did and awesome job with it! We are working on Chris's suspension this week and heading back to hopefully compete with their record! I mean this when I say it, If we can't own the ET record I am perfectly happy with AWD having it! Just knowing we are competing with them makes me happy! Mike and his Crew are good friends of ours.

Yes Emery is driving the car. Sadly I am deployed so someone has to drive it and I would have noone other then one of my Best Friends. I really like those rims on my car, almost makes me want to drop some good ol money on some. But got a few things to do first Cage, chute soon.

Sounds to me like the clutch slipped very briefly in 4th gear. Anyone else pick that up in the audio?
