Evo's power band?

Whats the evo's powerband? (In case I mistated it, range of RPM that can produce most power)

3,000 RPM to 6,000 RPM stock. With a boost controler to reduce the boost fall off, and some fuel tuning so it don't run pig rich under boost, the power band expands to 3,000 RPM to 7,600 RPM (rev limiter).
