I love my APS.

In fact, I've never read of a person having a single issue with one. I can't say the same for Forge.

I wouldnt have any other than my aps.. holds more boost than I could dream of putting in my car, and the sound, aw man thats music.

Not a single problem, I mean NONE.

evo8_m3 Jul 1, 2005 06:25 AM

i will be changing my turbosmart to aps soon... a lot of people seems happy with aps.

I would recommend the Tial BOV if your set up is not going to make your car stall. The sound of the Tial is just awesome sounding and very reliable.

I have had the APS BOV for a little over 4000 miles, :D no complaints, holds boost well and no idle issues what so ever, highly recommended {thumbup}

Forge ones are nice indeed but at part throttle anything above 10 psi it surges. Its fine under WOT but it does not like part throttle.

Been running the APS for about 3000 miles now; holds boost like a champ; 21 psi to redline.

kmcconn9 Jul 7, 2005 03:58 AM

If you ran the tial, like the one that comes with the ams uip, would you need the eids to smooth out the maf signal?
