Al is the worst custumer service I have ever had with anybody in my whole life
he is rude, a smart a@s, and not caring about custumers when something goes wrong.
Just to let everybody know he has owed me $133.75 for two months. he hasnt called me
he has avoided my calls, and e-mails. I called on my girls cell HE PICKED RIGHT UP!!
he disrespected me asking me if I was HOMELESS, BANKRUPT, OR GOING TO DIE OVER
$133 dollars. I dislike DYNOFLASH so much I bought me an EMS.
I rather spend all my $ on tuning than to deal with this disrespectful person.

i called Al about my RPM raising, sicne it happened after my dynoflash, about 4 days ago and a PM..no response..but maybe hes just busy?

I couldnt believe it myself. This guy lost my computer sent me a computer that the case
was cracked, the bracket was missing, and told me to get my car towed to Mitsu
to get my Immobilizer reprogrammed, and he will send me the $ back. So I did called
that night he told me to e-mail him with the total. Idid and that was the last time
he was ever nice to me. left him the e-mail, asked him to le-mail me back, he never did.
so i called him he never picked up, left him like 5 messages w/ my # he never called
me back. called w/ my girl phone he picked up, besides the stuff from before he told
me that I was HARRASING him!!! WTF?
I am just upset I am not rich like he is and $133.75 is alot to me
I am sure he is not going to send me the $, so this is the only thing i can do
to let him know that he did me wrong .

Just for reference

FED EX lost your ecu which you paid me $100 to update - this was the 1st time one was lost in two years - the ecu has still not shown up BTW

I could have just given you the tracking number for your box and washed my hands of your situation. That is not the way I do things. So I decided to cover the cost of a replacement ecu and just ship you another ecu with your map in it

All you had to do is have your car towed to a dealer and have the imobilizer synched and it would run perfect as it did

You need to forward me a copy of your invoice for towing for my records and I will forward you a check

You can call me 50 times over a weekend, if I am busy tuning in some distant city I cant return your call any sooner no matter how many messages you leave

If you want to return the ecu I will also flash it back top stock and return the $100 you paid for the most recent update tune as well as your $130 for towing. However, I need a invoice for the towing bill to refund you any money as it is a business deduction I need to account for.

Give me a break man!! I am not under Dynoflash salary but let me tell you something, Al responded me every single pm and phone call, I sent him my Evo 9 ECU and got is back within 42 hours, remember, we are 3000 miles away and it gets better, I could have had my ECU back sooner, he was just waiting for me to call him back about a question he had.

Additionally I had two more tuning sesions with him in the past on my Evo 8.

I had called Al a couple of times and he even responded my phone call at almost 0100am when he was puting the kids to bed.

I am not calling you lier, I am just viewing things from two different perpectives. If he is really talking you like that then bad on him but like I said, his customer service is flawless.

Just keep in mind not just Al but any other really busy tuner that they must answer many many many phone calls and e-mails and besides that they still have to perform their normal duties(tuning, traveling) and off course they also sleep , eat and commute.

As I mentioned before, I am not here to defend Al but on the same note I haven't had complains nor I experience non of what you are talking about.

Just to give you an idea, he recently offered a couple of good friend of mine free service.

His service of 48hours mail flash is very innovative, pratical, affordable and worthy, I am sure he will take care of you. Let the professional fix his issues.{thumbup}

I know that Al is a busy person but it has been 2 MONTHS. you are telling me
that he has no time to call me, but he can post here every night? come on get
serious. Al told me the first night I called him to tell him how much the tow was
and he will send me the $. I asked him if he needed the invoice, he said NO.
so i never sent it. I will send it tommorrow.
And Al was always nice to me until this incident happened. I didnt call to harrass
you like you told me, I called because I want my money back.
and I didnt need to get disrespected during the process.
I never disrespected you, so there was no need for that.

hopefully you send my money back. and you will never have to hear from me again

I am very neutral guy and I wouldn't get involve specially if I haven't witness any of that, I can only hope that Al will take care of your issues and things will get solved at the lowest level.

We want you to be a happy Evo owner so we can help each other on this forum, I hope he helps you.
