E85 Tune = +59 Hp & +97tq
Cant wait to see what kind of numbers you will do when the pumps change from E70 to E85. Is there a certain date this happens or will you just monitor your tune to see when it changes due to the switch? Any problems starting in the cold? That seems to be the typical problem.
The track I go to doesn't open until April 4th and it's usually insanely crowded the first couple of weekends after opening. I have to see if my clutch is up to the task of launching and holding the power now, it's fine from a roll but I'm thinking it may be on it's last leg when it comes to a full out drag launch. It's an ACT HD that I have had for over 20k miles and many of those miles pushing the tq capacity of that clutch. I have a 6-puck to install, but that won't go in until I build the motor. I might still go and see what I trap. I'll keep you guys posted. I would really like to see the 50-trim lay down a 130 trap before I pull it off.
I can say that the car feels much faster now and has way more torque everywhere in the powerband as well as more power up top. I sold my meth kit as I didn't want to be the victim of a pump that fails and grenades a motor. The corn gas is stable and the mixture isn't changing once I fill up and I'm able to run much more timing down low that really wakes the car up and makes it torquey.
