Sup Jerry, the pumps start converting to E85 round June/July in Illinois. I will know when the concentration of ethanol goes up as it will lean me out some more. I'm currently tuned for 11.8-12.2 WOT w/ zero knock across the board. I didn't have any more issues starting in the cold, but I had to tweak the cold start tables to get the car to fire right up w/ the new injectors. The car starts just the same as 93 octane when it gets really cold, the key is knowing what to adjust

The track I go to doesn't open until April 4th and it's usually insanely crowded the first couple of weekends after opening. I have to see if my clutch is up to the task of launching and holding the power now, it's fine from a roll but I'm thinking it may be on it's last leg when it comes to a full out drag launch. It's an ACT HD that I have had for over 20k miles and many of those miles pushing the tq capacity of that clutch. I have a 6-puck to install, but that won't go in until I build the motor. I might still go and see what I trap. I'll keep you guys posted. I would really like to see the 50-trim lay down a 130 trap before I pull it off.

Hey Chris how does E85 compare to the meth you were running? Got a side by side graph?

I don't have a good comparison, I have a dyno sheet from AMS when I was running meth+93 and the power was 440whp/380tq which netted me the times in my sig. I was also running on a "toon" I paid for from a vendor on here and it was garbage to say the least. Block tuning at its finest and never quite ran right.

I can say that the car feels much faster now and has way more torque everywhere in the powerband as well as more power up top. I sold my meth kit as I didn't want to be the victim of a pump that fails and grenades a motor. The corn gas is stable and the mixture isn't changing once I fill up and I'm able to run much more timing down low that really wakes the car up and makes it torquey.
