Startup Help, 2150's AEM EMS... E98

Hey guys, I know e98 is a bear to start and I'm in Wisconsin, I want to see what some of you are doing to get your aem ems V2 cal setups to fire up. Currently when 50 or below it takes like 10 tries to get it to fire. Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. If you want to show me how you have your cal setup my email is feauto187@yahoo.com

Make sure you have the most recent firmware. They fixed a lot of the start/cranking issues.

After you have updated.

Crank Inj time table, increase it
Initial Crank Pulse, increase it

With those you should be able to get the car to fire off faster. If the car fires off fast and then dies, you will need to increase your warm up enrichment, and start extra vs time.

Hope that helps.

Funny you should say that... it is 32 degrees out right now and managed to get it to fire off with the increases that you just mentioned! Now I guess I let it sit and try again, see if it still works...

Thanks!

is E98 locally available to you? I've searched pretty hard local to no avail, and even online searching doesn't bring up much.

If you have a good source of E98 I've been wanting to try it out; I think my fuel system can do it.
