i dunno if this helps, but there's the values from the fq360 map:

boost delay timer: 2500
boost control load offset: 159.4 (maxed out)

desired engine loads:

140
140
158.75
158.75
158.75
158.75
158.75
158.75
158.75
158.75 4000
158.75 4500
158.75 5000
158.75 5500
154.375 6000
149.375 6500
145 7000
EE, since no one answered your question allow me. What you have posted is not the 2 byte load value. If it is I will eat my hat...that or your turbo is only pushing about 8psi. The value that you list appears to be ECUload which isnt the same thing.

Not going to divulge secrets, but I personally logged 2 byte load in excess of 340 on a stock turbo car this morning (33-34psi spike). Something on the order of an estimated 460+ ft lbs of torque...enough to light up all 4 in second gear

I think he posted his BDEL table and not load values from a log itself.

Boost control load offset does not max out at 159.4.

Boost desired engine load however does.

Well if you quit magnetizing passing cars to the side of your evo, maybe we can get you to have a 4-wheel spinner, lol. Go get some rest sick man! We need you healthy.

The quote of the day was its all about the fuel. E90+ definitely likes boost and timing. Its interesting how fast the timing ramps up as well. However this car was a good example of why the "estimated hp" is just that. There were significant mods to free up horsepower that arent reflected in just airflow.

Dave, I meant stock since it was the stock compressor and turbine wheel. It has been relieved of some of its material though I cant comment further on that.

Well not so much secret as just trial phase. Sooner or later it will come out if it makes a difference or not. For the time being I was just sitting in the car, going for a ride, and logging (making sure my Evoscan updates were working before I left). The car is tuned by the owner, and has already made far more power than the estimated hp would lead us to believe.

It did motivate me to sell my Meth kit, and get some big injectors. I am going to run E98, and park my car except when I need a fix (days ending in Y no doubt). The rest of my mods are coming together nicely finally and I think that I might finally have my car running the times that everyone suspects it should.

The torque comes on so strong and so fast it felt like the devil punched me in the gut. My vision blurred like it does when I pull a 1.60 60'...and we were rolling about 25 or so when he punched it.

Good stuff

Ehtanol is NOT a good fuel to have sitting in your tank for long periods of time.
