LogWorks 2 OBDII or MUT?

I'm trying to use LogWorks 2 while EvoScan 2.1 is crapped out on my computer.

Do I use the OBDII channel or the MUT channel when I setup the Openport link? I got an error "can't read ECU" when trying the MUT, but was able to get OBDII. I did not have the programming connector plugged in - do I need too?

Also, the data selection seemed limited with the OBDII and the RPM was SO low resolution it almost stayed flat at around 3K on pulls.

I'm assuming I should be using the MUT channel on Open port. Anyone have an idea why the error, "can't read ECU" came up?

Thanks.

Yes use MUT. Can't recall right now, but you may need to tell the openport program which port the cable is plugged into. Don't need the white plug connected to log.

Got it to work today at lunch. Thanks for the confirmation on the MUT.
