Ecu controlled boost with aftermarket hp wastegate

I have a tractrix plug n play soleniod with a forge evo ix High Pressure wastegate actuator and I was wondering if it was normal to see 30% wgdc to achieve 23psi tapering to 21psi by redline? A couple people I talked to thought it seemed very low. I'm not sure it's a problem but compared to everyone else it seems strange. Anyone else run into this issue? Thanks in advance!

Perfectly normal.

With a Boost pill, stock BCS and stock WGA, it's not odd to see 50-55 WGDC for 23.5psi.
