80040154 error

First of all I have searched and all the solutions that were in those threads I have attempted and they have not resolved my issue. The issue I am having is that when trying to log on Mitsulogger with my Innovate wideband I am receiving the 80040154 error. I am able to read my AFRs on Logworks just not on Mitsulogger. I have done the installinnovatebat file. I have made sure that I am the administrator. I have replaced the mts.dll file from Mitsulogger with the one from Logworks. But none of these attempted fixes has helped. Can anyone else provide a different fix? Thanks.

It's not a rom id. It's an error code that I receive when I click on the Innovate wideband option when opening Mitsluogger.

I think you have some software not correctly installed. Either .Net libraries or Wideband O2 libraries.

I've tried installing the .bat file but I'm getting a 0x80020009 error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Mitsulogger, copied over the MTS.dll file from Logworks into Mitsulogger, downloaded the latest update for .NET and all for not. Can anybody please assist? Thanks.
