I am running an EVO ECU in my 2G DSM currently with the stock EVO MAF settings. It runs pretty good but I know I should adjust the EVO ECU settings for a 2G MAF signal.

I have changed the injector latency and injector size settings to make up for the fact that I have no idea how to scale the EVO ECU for a 2G MAF. Any tips you have making this setup run even better would be great!

Side note: I don't even have a 2G MAF on the car, I'm running a MAFT with a 3" GM MAF. But the MAFT is for a 2G DSM, so I assume that if I can dial in the EVO ECU to accept a 2G MAF signal, that it will work better with the MAFT because it is suppose to replicate a 2G MAF signal. Know what I mean ?
well i wish i had a gm maf. lol. umm what are your fuel trims now? this is what i used

NO you do not wish you had a GM MAFT ... take my word for it, it is more pain then it is worth, at least the older ones like I have. It adds another variable to an already multivariate situation.

Something is wrong with your setup. Your not hitting the correct load cells, not even close. I have had a t25, 14B, T28, BigT28, S16G and B16G on my 2G and can tell you the T25 can boost 16-17 PSI if you have some decent intercooling. Even better, with an EVO ecu you can take the t25 past what most 2G guys can do because you can adjust timing and fueling and watch for knock thanks to mr. tephra.

Most likely it is your MAF settings that are fudged. You should hit at least 180 load!

I am running currently with -4% LTFT, with AFR at about 13 during spool (alittle lean for my tastes) and dipping into the upper 10's AFR at WOT. Needless to say I need to work on it some more but I keep getting small knock counts that I can't seem to tune out. This is with the stock EVO MAF settings. I have tuned the car using just the injector settings.

I am hopeful JOT can chime in with his MAF settings. I would like to get the tune a bit tighter and I think the MAF settings are what I need to overcome. You need to figure out why your load is so low, and load depends a lot on the MAF and it's settings. The T25 is weak but its not as bad to max out at 140 load, that is for sure!
