How should I smooth out my AFR map?

So I've been logging and tuning my EVO for over a year now. I understand the mathematical side of tuning, but the art side is lacking! I developed a tool to help me know what fuel cells to change, and by how much based on a log. The problem is now I have a pretty "choppy" map to say the least. How do I smooth this out, while still maintaining the best fuel for each load cell? Here is a screenshot of my tool, showing the map I currently have loaded and the proposed map based on the log (shown in the chart)
The problem with tuning for every fuel cell is the fact that even tho you hit the same load/rpm cell doesn't mean the AFR will be exactly the same every-time it hits that load cell. Temp, baro, elevation ect ect all play into that number. (same with leanspool)
In my experience making a consistent smooth map where it gradually averages the AFRS/timing to your load and rpm is the best way to tune. You get much more consistency and predictability day to day with a given car.
Here is a similar tool but for smoothing;

I dont know if I know you personally but I tool live in Tucson and have been tuning for a while.
PM if you have any more questions we can meet up ect.
Good Luck
