ecuflash trouble. Not reading evo ix

Right now I want to flash launch control to my car. I also wanted to flash a tephra mod to it so the check engine light will blink if it starts to knock. When I do open the .hex file that I downloaded via evoscan I do see an immobilizer code. Is that the correct one for my car?
