It opened up as a standard rom for me as well.

 

Are you running the O2 simulator code from mrfred? I would think the trims would still be in effect, but I can't quite remember if you need to log a different location. With rear O2 disabled it sounds like someone was either trying to prevent a no-cat CEL or doing simulation.

Doing a bit-wise comparison of your periphery working to not might make the changes more obvious too.

If someone who has most of their mods loaded into ecuflash can do a table comparison between your working ROM and non-working ROM it might be easier to identify. Asking the last tuner if possible could be helpful as well if they are available.

Also - make sure you are logging the right thing for trims in evoscan since formulas have been known to change. It sounds like you have that covered though.
