Decel Fuel Cut Resume

Is this table found/defined for 9653? I'm having troubles with a car, it keeps trying to stall at clutch in, and if it doesn't stall it will dip and then hunt up and down like a honda. All this started after putting a Magnus intake manifold on it.

I feel like if I could re-start fueling earlier I can get it to stop. It was perfect before, and in the logs it does exactly what it's supposed to, I've even compared the logs to my car and they're basically identical, but mine does fine(tho still stock intake mani).

Sounds like BISS isn't adjusted right.

Been all over it, been all over everything in the map too

Interesting thing to note, hit the actuator and it will drop to the right rpm, then start its oscillation, gaining 50-100 rpm in each direction till it stalls.
