I reflashed my 08 lancer gts this morning. Now the car will not start. It is cycling through the things that it does when you reflash. I test wrote it before i flashed. It said it was good. But after reflash the fan didnt turn off. I have tried to close it, nothing. I reinstalled the program. Nothing. I tried to recovery flash nope nothing. I tried to read image and you guessed it nothing. I have tried everything i know. I could really use some help. Thank you foe your time and i hope i can get this resolved soon.

 

Your probably going to have to bench flash it.
