Which ROMID's have ICS

Hey Guys,

Can ppl just post up whether they have intercooler spray button or not and their ROMID?

My next round of mods will probably utilise this button.

Cheers
D.

Yes, same ECU ID I have. At first I got it confused with ISC. :o

Would this be something I can use? It can be hard to beat the patch that you wrote existing from last summer. You are a code Genius! Sorry, I had to say that, but you deserve the Nobel prize more than that lying fool Gore.

I believe this is correct. The 03/04 had the ICS and the 05+ did not, but they may have left it in the ECU so we should double-check.

Correct. We do have all the maps in the ROM...

But, my question is, couldn't we still use this assuming that since we (the 05 0011 ROM guys) do not have the ICS, the pins might still be on the ECU, just unused? If the pins are there, but unused, we could simply wire in a switch for the map switching.

Possible?

This is a good point that I should have mentioned when I originally posted; I'm pretty sure the code and tables for controlling the ICS are there, so assuming the necessary hardware is in place on the ECU itself, adding a switch to pins 91 and 44 ought to do the job, no?
