LTFT mid Fuel trims don't change
 

No matter what I do my ltft mid won't budge when changing the scaling. I've changed them from 597 to 636

They will not change from being negative. They tend to hover in the -9 to -12. I think this is causing my crappy cold starts(lean) in open loop with negative trims.

On the other hand I've got the ltf lo pretty close to 0 by adjusting latencies.
At WOT AFRs are consistant from run to run- 83-85 IDCs at 11.3 -7200rpm

mods are:
Evo8-, modded airbox drop in filter, pte 680, cams, ported exmanifold, 9gt turbo and 3" TBE
no boost leaks or exhaust leaks

I have the cams set at +1i/-1e
What else can I look for?
