DTC codes

Hey all, im running the latest version of evoscan and cannot get it to read my ecu for dtc codes. It always says ecu wont respond. Any ideas? Ive tried the turn ignition to on and open evoscan then immediately press read codes but it still doesn't work. :helpme:

have u guys tried an older version? 2.6 has been workin fine here...

I can never read codes with evo scan either i just gave up on it. I use an OTC Scanpro to check my codes and monitors.
