Fuel Cut after Updated Latest Ecuflash 1.44.3719 & Changing Load Cell
 

Hi Guys,
im exploring a new map and it does seem make my car run smoother but after i adjusted the load cells by just directly changing the load figures (Pls refer to the attached ROM) & updated the latest Ecuflash software 1.44, my car will run into what it seem like fuel cut (Pls refer to the attached Logs which ive highlighted red on the effected row).
Ive run WOT twice with the new adjusted rom and it will hit an immediate stop/power off on higher rpm.
The AFR will like from 11+ immediately fall to 18+ AFR.

Lastly, ive load back my previous/old rom and make some runs/pulls and no fuel cut or whatever. Runs normal.

Please kindly help & advise me what is the problem with the new rom?

looking at this rom your boost cut is set at 200 load

Hi And how do you tell? Im running on external wastegate and how could i adjust for higher boost control?
Im not using the factory solenoid thou.

using an external wastegate and another solenoid won't effect the values you put in for boost cut as these are safety values.

In the rom there is a table called "boost limit" this is what sets boost cut.

Is this the first car you've mapped?? you need to read up on boost control etc. otherwise your gonna do some damage

Since Ecuflash ver 1.44 have updated/included some new features should i set the RPM3000~5500 Boost Cut Limit to 300% and the rest remain?

before you just increase them you have to ask yourself....

1, what boost do I intend on running
2, is the engine capable of handling the extra power
3, will the fuel pump be able to flow the fuel for the extra air

Do anyone know how the configuration work for some features on 1.44 ecuflash
1) Knock CEL = Will the check light blink when there's knock and what value should i put in?
2) Can i activate Launch Control from 1.44 ver ecuflash?

im from Malaysia and im running 1.3 low and 1.5 high boost with forged internals, 340L aeromotive fp, 560cc injectors.

for these features you'll have to use the Ceddy rom on your car as they don't exist in the standard rom.

Oic...as i thought there a Knock CEL features which i though is as same as Ceddy.
