Did i do this correctly?
So i got my re-flash emailed to me by AL and i then was ready to install the new flash. I opened up the ecuflash software and i then read the ECU. After reading the ecu i opened up AL flash file and then clicked upload to ECU. After it completed i turned off the key and disconnected everything and i considered it complete?.?...

Well,
You don't have to read the ecu again, and make sure that you had the reflash image selected when you hit the upload rather than the one you just read from the ecu.
I usually use the compair to ecu button to verify the flash was successful.
If you want to double check, open EcuFlash, Load the reflash image, connect the cable, turn on the ignition, then hit the compair to ecu button to verify that the reflash map is loaded.
