What is the ambient temperature? What a/f are you tuned at? What's your IDC @ 7500 rpms?

could you tune the high fuel and timing maps for alky or meth..... but keep the low fuel and timing maps tuned for fuel only..... like a safe map if you run out of alky or meth so u dont blow the motor........ would the ECU react fast enough to switch maps?

Or without having to download any programs...hit print screen key then open any picture editing software and click Edit>Paste...

A/F im tuned at right now is 11.1 in 4th and 5th gear dips down by 10.8 but im going to pull a lil bit more fuel out... IDC im not positive of but im running 780cc injectors so i know im well clear of the 80% or higher duty cycle levels-- and ambient temperture, not to sure what ur refering to as in operating temp, coolant temp, or outside (as i live in the NorthEast so it varies daily)

Comments/questions:

- It's really difficult to know whether this would represent a conservative or aggressive tune, since we do not know the modifications of your car, nor ambient conditions. Even if we knew all that, there would still be car-to-car variance to account for.

- Why would you run a huge, flat plateau of timing in the 180-260 load columns?

- Why reduce the -10 degree timing area in the low rpm/high load area of the map? It's my understanding that it is there as a safety net, since you really should not reach that area of the map on a stockish 4g63.

Way too much fuel with 780's + meth.

It is really not possible to judge your tune without datalogs. Knock counts, logged ignition timing numbers, meth pressure, nozzle size and spray volume are all needed also.

+1, that's why I'm desperately waiting for this logger to become functional.

Although I have seen straight pump gas maps that are more aggressive in the midrange.

yaah i was thinkign of switching to 660's but will that throw my whole tune off?, i have zeitronix to log everything, but i guess i need to pick up the vishnu knock buffer to get better knock readings, i have the SMC kit with the #10 nozzle

I would think about a tactrix cable and EvoSCAN for $15 to log timing and ACTUAL knock counts. $89+15.
